In honor of International Women’s Day, 10% of net proceeds from this blouse will benefit The Global Fund for Women’s Artist Changemaker Program which supports movements and recognizes that media, art, and culture are cornerstones of gender justice movements. This program supports eight artists annually with a one-time unrestricted financial award to each artist to further their work with a focus on artists based in the Global South, women artists, LGBTQI+ people, people of color and/or artists from a marginalized community.
A+O has been working with Mokshini since 2015 when she illustrated a book launch event Stacey hosted. She was then featured in the Fall 2016 show and brought back for the Spring 2022 show. Mokshini is a multi-disciplinary artist, with a professional focus on fashion illustration. Her creative output ranges from painting to concept sketching, editorial, and textile design. The New Zealander now resides in Brooklyn and offers art with a witty, yet sophisticated take on fashion, women, and daily life in the city.
