We offer price adjustments if your order is placed within 7 days of a promotion start date and within 7 days of your order being placed. Please note that temporary promotions or flash sale pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases. All price adjusted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Additionally, all items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for price adjustments.
Currently, we do not support the purchase or redemption of gift cards for international orders.
To initiate an international return, please input your order number here within 14 days of delivery of your order. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Flat rate return shipping fees will be deducted from the merchandise subtotal as follows: Europe - $55, Australia - $50, Canada - $25, Rest of World - $60.
We will process your return and refund within 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Refund times will vary based on your financial institution and can vary anywhere from 7-30 days.
