US RETURNS

We hope that you are satisfied with your aliceandolivia.com purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items you can request a return online. Please select one of the options above to begin the return request process. Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request that will also include a pre-paid return label. If you would like to return your online order in store, please visit our store locator page here to find the store closest to you.

PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN POLICY:

  • You must make your return within 14 days of the delivery date
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
  • Sale items 60% off and higher are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Alice + Olivia reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • Returns are free for online purchases returned via mail or directly at one of our stores!
  • In store returns are only accepted at alice + olivia US locations.
  • Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period can cause us to reject future orders from you.

If you have mistakenly returned a personal item that was not purchased from alice + olivia, please reach out to Customer Service and we will do our best to assist in locating your item for you. If you have returned a final sale item, it will be returned with a label you've provided. Customer Service will reach out to you directly upon receipt of your non-alice + olivia / final sale item.  We will make two attempts to contact you regarding your item(s). If we do not hear from you, alice + olivia is at liberty to dispose of your item(s).

Please note: alice + olivia can not be held responsible for returning, replacing or compensating for any lost items mistakenly returned to alice + olivia. We are also not responsible for any shipping costs acquired to return your personal item(s) back to you.

Lost returns without our provided return label:

We are not responsible for lost packages returned through a carrier of your own choosing.

Gift card returns:

In the event that your order was paid with both a gift card and credit card, your refund will first be credited to the original gift card used and the remaining balance will be refunded to your second original form of payment.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

AFFIRM RETURNS

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on aliceandolivia.com

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We offer price adjustments within 7 days of your order being placed. However, please note that temporary promotions or flash sale pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases. All price adjusted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Additionally, all items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for price adjustments.

ALICE + OLIVIA RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICY

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with original tags attached for a refund or store credit. All 60-75% off items, accessories, vintage, and swimwear are final sale.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To initiate an international return, please input your order number here within 14 days of delivery of your order. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Flat rate return shipping fees will be deducted from the merchandise subtotal as follows:
  • Europe - $55
  • Australia – $50
  • Canada - $25
  • Rest of World - $60
