A letter from Stacey:

To our friends, clients, and alice + olivia family,

As a company and brand we have always taken pride in our powerful spirit, our ability to uplift and create positivity, and our amazing teamwork especially when we need to come together to create change.

Initially, I thought that we could power through this moment. I thought we could keep our stores open, and I believed we could bring some much needed happiness and beauty to our customers during these worrisome times.

But over the weekend I realized that social distancing and a period of separation are essential to preserve the teamwork we take so much pride in. Teamwork today isn’t about one family or brand or community, it is about our nation and our world. This pause is meant to allow our government, our hospitals, and our doctors a period to catch up and prepare for COVID-19.

Now more than ever, we need to come together as a community to share our love and compassion. In the coming days, we will be doing what we have always done - finding ways to give back to our community and support charities helping those in need.

With our stores closed, our alice + olivia teams are available digitally to meet your shopping needs and to bring a little light, laughter and color to your wardrobe or your day. When you email [email protected] one of our personal shoppers will be available to help you online or offline via digital look books, FaceTime appointments, or messenger-delivered consignment. To make it a little easier during this time, we’ll be waiving all return fees and extending our return window. All orders placed now through April 15th can be returned by May 15th with no fees.
