Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request that will also include a pre-paid return label. A $7.00 fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount. At this time, orders placed online must be returned to aliceandolivia.com according to the instructions above. We do not accept online returns at alice + olivia stores.
Refund Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on aliceandolivia.com
We do not price adjust at this time.
Returns will not be accepted unless your request is received within 7 business days of receipt of your order, and must be pre-authorized by International Checkout. You will receive a detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number when your return / exchange is approved.
Do not contact Alice + Olivia directly as we can not process your return.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original International Checkout receipt or invoice.
All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery.
Your return will be refunded for the merchandise purchase price, minus ths shipping cost of the merchandise to / from Alice + Olivia.
